Product Description
Silicon nitride ceramic products performance characteristics and applications:
Because silicon nitride ceramics have high mechanical strength at high temperature, wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good thermal hardness, self-lubrication and other excellent properties, it is of great significance to use silicon nitride ceramic parts in special engineering occasions such as aerospace, petroleum and chemical industry, such as high temperature, corrosion resistance and mechanical wear resistance. It can be widely used in motor, electrical appliances, machinery, machining industry in the wear resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other components or replace the original traditional metal parts. Can be customized according to customer appearance specifications.
Insulation electrical strength: room temperature 2500V, 50Hz, one minute no breakdown phenomenon.
Acid corrosion resistance:
Boiling in 5% sulfuric acid solution for 6h, corrosion rate <10 g/m2.h
Alkali corrosion resistance:
Boiling in 30% sodium hydroxide solution for 6h, corrosion rate <0.6 g/m2.h。
