Silicon nitride ceramic turbine temperature wear resistance, long life, energy saving. It has won the "Seventh Five-Year Plan" National Key Science and Technology Attack Award. It is a national "75" and "85" key scientific and technological achievement project. It was included in the national key scientific and technological achievement promotion project in 1995. On the basis of this achievement, we research and develop silicon nitride ceramic turbine, insert, cylinder liner, rocker arm, tappet, valve and other series products for automobile engine. Series of products using high-performance ceramics as the matrix material.

       The silicon nitride ceramics turbine turbine wheel is wear-resisting and heat resistance , life time is long, energy consumption reduction. Once won“75”the national key science and technology public relations prize, is the country “75” “85”the key technical attack achievement project, in 1995 included the country scientific and technical payoffs key promotion project.

       Studies the development silicon nitride ceramics in this achievement's foundation (turbine wheel, to inlay block, cylinder jacket, rocking shaft, a column, tire valve) and so on serial productses, uses in the motor car engine. The serial products uses the high performance  ceramics matrix material completely.

 

 

Because silicon nitride ceramics have high mechanical strength at high temperature, wear resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good thermal hardness, self-lubrication and other excellent properties, it is of great significance to use silicon nitride ceramic parts in special engineering occasions such as aerospace, petroleum and chemical industry, such as high temperature, corrosion resistance and mechanical wear resistance. It can be widely used in motor, electrical appliances, machinery, machining industry in the wear resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other components or replace the original traditional metal parts.
